Participation Overview
Members are entitled to a recurring commission on all qualified commercial activities facilitated through the eBayDash platform. This rate is fixed at 5% of the gross transaction value unless otherwise specified in written supplementary agreements. Participation is subject to ongoing compliance with our operational standards.

New members receive an immediate incentive upon successful account activation.
Payout Schedule
Transparency in liquidity is our priority. Commissions and rewards are calculated weekly. The settlement cycle commences every Monday at 00:00 UTC and concludes on the following Sunday. Disbursements are processed within 48 hours of the cycle close.
No Upfront Fees
eBayDash Commerce operates on a performance-based model. There are zero enrollment costs, platform subscription fees, or hidden maintenance charges required to initiate or maintain your participation status.
Suspension Rights
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the platform in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, breach of professional conduct, or non-compliance with regional financial regulations.
shield Limitation of Liability
eBayDash Commerce Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total commission paid to you in the preceding three-month period.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, England.
